Explosion cleaning is a highly effective method that we primarily use to remove slag and similar deposits from incineration boilers, etc., using explosives and precise, controlled detonations.
We offer explosion cleaning for industrial facilities, incineration plants, and process plants – and especially recommend this solution for waste and biomass boilers, furnace cleaning, superheaters, economizers, electrostatic filters, catalysts, and lime silos.
We offer explosion cleaning in both offline and online formats. Online blasting means that, in many cases, we can perform the explosion cleaning while the facility remains in operation.
With online explosions, we can perform tasks in facilities with temperatures up to approximately 1350°C. This is made possible by newly developed, insulated articulated lances that can be continuously adjusted, ensuring precise placement of explosive charges even in extremely hot environments. Additionally, water cooling significantly extends the lifespan of the explosives in high-temperature conditions, allowing the task to be carried out safely, securely, and with minimal material waste.
Explosion cleaning can also be used as safety blasting during plant shutdowns or maintenance. Blasting down slag is a highly effective solution that prevents the risk of built-up slag collapsing before personnel enter the facility.
This ensures maximum safety for everyone working on the facility afterward, such as scaffolders or welders, and reduces the duration of subsequent cleaning processes like sandblasting or flushing.

Blower Cleaning
Blower Cleaning is a service dedicated to effectively removing rust, paint, coatings, and other contaminants from various surfaces using compressed air that propels a blasting media through a nozzle. It is an ideal method for maintenance, corrosion control, and general surface preparation for welding, repairs, or new surface treatments.
We perform blower cleaning with a variety of blasting media. Before starting the task, and in collaboration with the client, we always conduct a thorough assessment to determine the best possible method. The planning is then based on this evaluation, considering the work environment and surroundings.
